Job Description
As the Overnight Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the overnight operations of our 24-hour coffee shop, ensuring a seamless guest experience during late hours. You will supervise the overnight team, maintain service standards, and ensure a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment while upholding Fairmont's brand standards and guest expectations.
Position Type: Permanent
Pay Rate: $26.87/hour
Start Date: August 2025
Job Duties Include:

Supervise all aspects of overnight food and beverage service in the outlet, ensuring consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

Maintain cleanliness, product quality, and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.

Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, using service recovery techniques when necessary.

Complete end-of-day reports, reconcile cash-outs, and ensure accurate POS transactions and shift handovers.

Ensure proper inventory levels and perform nightly restocking of products.
Qualifications
-
Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a food & beverage environment required; overnight or late-night operations preferred.

Proficient in POS systems (e.g., Opera, Micros).

ProServe certification required.
