Unimatrix Computer Solutions is a growing Toronto-based MSP supporting SMBs with IT support. We’re looking for a Managing Partner someone with hands-on MSP experiencewho’s built a client base but wants to stop doing it all alone.

If you're running a small-to-mid-sized MSP or managing a portfolio of clients, we want to talk. This is an opportunity to join an established, well-supported team and grow together with the potential to merge clients, simplify operations, and take your business to the next level.

• You’re running your own MSP or managing a client base and want to scale with support.
• You’re ready to offload the solo grind (tech, billing, admin) but keep doing the work you’re best at.
• You want a trusted partner to help deliver better service to your clients.
• You’re based in the GTA and already serving local small/medium businesses.
• You’ve got a client-first mindset and want to grow inside a company with values that align.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead technical operations and/or business development within Unimatrix.
• Bring in your existing client base (if applicable) with support from our team.
• Help shape strategy, process, and service offerings as we grow.
• Work closely with ownership to deliver high-quality, and scalable services.
• Focus on building long-term relationships with clients while the backend is handled.

Tech Stack & Focus Areas Include:

• Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure.
• Firewalls (SonicWall, Fortinet), networking, backups.
• RMM/PSA tools.
• Compliance-aware environments (SOC 2, medical, legal).
