The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to take on the role of Regional Nursing Manager for our growing PerCuro Infusion Network. PerCuro is a subsidiary of Sentrex Health Solutions. The Regional Nursing Manager will oversee and manage the operational and clinical aspects of our existing and growing network of infusion clinics in Vancouver Island, including integrating recently acquired infusion clinics into the PerCuro Infusion Network. Our current footprint extends across Vancouver Island and is expanding quickly to the rest of British Columbia and Alberta and beyond. The role involves ensuring high standards of patient care, driving operational efficiency, and leading the network’s growth and development.
A Day in the Life (What you will do here):
- Responsible for the overall performance of infusion programs and their respective services, ensuring the program is designed, rolled-out and transitioned as per the sponsor’s strategic direction.
- Ensure programs meet patient enrollment, revenue, and other key metrics.
- Program Staff Management & Strategic Oversight (Program dependent, coaching, performance management).
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Client Solutions Manager, PMO, Clinic Solutions Sales, Field teams, and others who deliver program related services to ensure optimal execution and performance in all aspects of client communications and client relations.
- Partner with commercial teams to develop and execute unique service offerings for each prospective and current clinic.
- Build relationships with manufacturers, physicians, clinic teams, and PSPs to drive program improvement.
- Support PerCuro operational and growth strategy.
- Address ad hoc client requests and case escalations, coordinate internal resources and communicate to external stakeholders.
- Direct the efforts of the team in developing project plans for the business unit.
- Present strategic and operational plans for the development of key business units, continued company growth and profitability.
- Provide Provider Solutions sales team with portfolio insights and intelligence (market, competitive and payer).
- Make recommendations for changes in operations and assist with the execution of these changes through a robust change management process.
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning sessions.
- Ensure ongoing profitability of Portfolio of Programs
- Oversee Program Specific Material Development (WI's, guidance documents).
- Develop RACI for each program.
- Ensure Program and Customer Service Excellence (employees and clients).
- Business Development (Networking, research, stakeholder relations).
- Lead proposal-writing, contracting, assist in client presentations and pricing.
- Take a primary role in establishing/assigning appropriate account management implementation.
- Oversee Quality Management System (Capa/ Deviations/ Quarterly updates/ key contact for VP, Quality).
- Responsible for talent management, including training, team motivation and career development strategies.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the manager
What you need to ensure you are set up for success:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience is required.
- Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with the BC College of Nurses.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of leadership experience, preferably in progressively more responsible leadership position(s).
- Highly developed influencing, negotiating, communications and interpersonal skills (verbal, written and presentation).
- Strong effective customer relationship skills, team building and collaboration skills.
- Broad knowledge and understanding of Patient Support Programs and specialty medications.
- Fully conversant with current healthcare ecosystem, including understanding of payer landscapes, market trends, policies and have the ability to implement solutions as it applies to the Patient Programs.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, self-directed learning/working style with the ability to manage several large, complex competing projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional project management skills with experience in organizing, planning and executing projects from vision through to implementation.
- Proven financial management skills within a strategic business mindset.
- Strong operational and systems acumen.
- Understanding of the direction of technology, trends and strategic business impact on key clients.
- Dynamic leader who can energize multi-disciplinary work teams to learn and apply new skills and/or techniques that respond to business needs.
- Knowledge of full-service call center programs.
- Ability to interpret financial data and manage a budget.
- Strong customer/client management background.
