We are urgently hiring Warehouse Supervisor for our client in Brampton.
Location: Brampton, ON
Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25.00–$27.00 per hour
Job Summary:
We are currently hiring an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead the afternoon shift at a busy distribution facility in Brampton. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage daily operations, support team leads, and ensure workflow runs safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift)
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
- Lead and support team leads in shipping and receiving areas
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of inbound and outbound shipments
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and audits
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies
- Participate in Train-the-Trainer programs for warehouse equipment
- Identify and resolve performance or operational issues
- Assist management with special projects and provide backup when needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 to 5 years of warehouse supervisory experience
- Valid certification to operate Order Picker, Dock Stocker, or Pacer equipment
- Experience with Reach or Swing Reach forklifts is an asset
- Completion of Ontario’s 4-Step Worker Health & Safety Awareness Training
- Proficient with warehouse management systems and inventory tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Knowledge of continuous improvement practices (Kaizen, 5S, Lean)

Additional Information:
- Overtime may be required
