Job Description

The HSS Digital Transformation Team is looking for a passionate, curious, detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our growing information technology team. As a Salesforce Administrator you will operate in a stable, empowering environment to design, build and maintain robust solutions on Salesforce. You will work in a Reuse before Configure before Code efficiency model. You will participate in the execution of our CRM vision in accordance with our IT roadmap. You will have the opportunity to work on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Account Engagement, and Marketing Cloud initiatives. You will also participate in our AI / Agentforce / Data Cloud journey and help shape it from its early stage. This role is based fully onsite out of Mississauga, ON.

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000

Job Responsibilities

  • Daily administration and support of our Salesforce implementation including but not limited to: user setup, object / data model updates, process automations
  • Participate in process review, requirement gathering sessions and contribute as a Salesforce admin SME
  • Propose solutions to business requirements using Salesforce capabilities
  • Prepare and perform data migration using standard tools such as Data Loader
  • Develop test scenarios for release upgrades / patches
  • Review Salesforce releases to keep updated on the latest iterations of the products
  • Perform Proof of concepts and present interesting features to the IT team
  • Provide L2, L3 support for ongoing operational projects
  • Tirage Salesforce related incidents and requests
  • Create and maintain support documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures / How To documents / incident resolution documents
  • Work with managed package partners to review upgrades, troubleshoot issues, evaluate new features

Qualifications

  • Must have 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administrator experience in one or more of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud.
  • Experience in the implementation and administration of AppExchange products
  • Experience working with integration teams for connection setup and troubleshooting
  • Experience working with logs and POSTMAN to perform basic troubleshooting of issues
  • Experience working with the Salesforce Mobile app
  • Sales Administrator, Platform App Builder certified
  • Experience in Account Engagement (Pardot) and Marketing Cloud is a plus
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
  • Experience with Copado, Github / Bitbucket or equivalent Devops tools
  • Familiarity with Apex, Aura, LWC is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
