Carecor is looking for dedicated and compassionate Medical Radiation Technologists to join our amazing team for a future opportunity.
The successful candidate will provide care according to the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO), the Standards of Practice of Carecor Health Services, and the healthcare facility where assigned. You will be helping to foster an environment of optimal physical, social, and emotional well-being for patient's while providing exemplary patient care. For each assignment, you will be in one facility for a full 8 to 12-hour shift.

Job Qualification Our “exemplary standing” with Accreditation Canada is held to the highest regard and is a testament to the fact that we uphold the same hiring standards and patient care delivery as the facilities in which we serve.
- Degree or post-diploma from an accredited Medical Radiation Technology program
- Current member of the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO) M.R.T(R) in good standing
- Current membership with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT)
- Experience working in a hospital environment within the last 2 years, performing medical imaging procedures and cross-functional/site activities
- Proficient in caring for and assessing patients with acute and critical conditions
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills capable of working independently and as a part of an interdisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate compassion, and professionalism to deliver quality patient-centered care
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification: Level II - Basic Rescuer Certification and N95 Mask Fit Test Certificate
- Proof of current immunization for measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (MMRV), tetanus, pertussis, polio, hepatitis B
- Proof of negative TB skin test within the past year or negative chest x-ray within the past five years
- Willing to undergo Vulnerable Sector Police Check as a condition of hire
Please note that based on recent government mandates and directives, healthcare workers are now required to provide proof of full COVID-19 Vaccination.
