Our team is growing, and we are currently seeking experienced Dozer and Loader Operators to join our dynamic crew. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate dozers and loaders safely and efficiently to move soil, gravel, and other materials.
• Assist with site preparation, grading, backfilling, and final landscaping contours.
• Load and unload materials, as required for project completion.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
• Follow project plans, layouts, and instructions from supervisors.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work sites at all times.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating dozers and/or loaders (landscaping or construction preferred).
• Valid driver’s license (Class 5 or higher); reliable transportation to various job sites.
• Knowledge of grades, slopes, and site prep techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans or instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Physically fit, capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Nice to Have:

• Class 1 or 3 license with air brake endorsement.
• Skid steer or excavator experience.
• CSTS, First Aid, or other relevant safety certifications.
