Lead a team of eight Demo Representatives as an extension of the De’Longhi brand, driving in-store engagement. This full-time remote role includes weekly Oakville office presence and travel across key markets.

Through your detail-oriented, dependable, independent personality, you will ensure the team is delivering their KPIs through your product expertise, educating and coaching them to perform elevated in-store demos, and support the development of the program through detailed reporting, analysis and compiling client-facing presentations. You will take the initiative to help Demo Specialists improve performance, procure resources as required and assist in their day-to-day activities.

What You’ll Be Doing Every Day:

  • Work closely with the National Field Manager to align on strategy, goals, and client expectations, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction
  • Lead the team to consistently meet or exceed all client KPIs
  • Communicate priorities clearly and effectively to the team
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with program, store, and client contacts through regular communication
  • Provide ongoing feedback and insights during weekly calls with the National Field Manager
  • Review reporting, provide analysis and compile compelling client facing reports to elevate and position the demo program for continued growth with both the In-Store Demo Program and the Market Development Rep Program
  • Working along side the National Field Manager, oversee the performance development process for part-time team members, both informally and formally
  • Work in-store performing De’Longhi demonstrations at least once per week
  • Full-time position, Tuesday to Saturday, 9am – 5pm, with weekend support and occasional evening support for Demo Specialists in field
  • Provide technical troubleshooting support when needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Your Experience:

  • Strong leadership, relationship-building, collaboration, and communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities across departments
  • Strong verbal and written communication, including superior presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze results and create compelling client facing reports
  • Proven ability to lead in fast-paced, demanding environments
  • Positive attitude, strong personal drive, and excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Quick learner, able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience in demonstration and/or training is an asset
  • Bilingual French/English (verbal) is an asset

  • The ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
