Job Description Responsibilities :

• Work in AX/D365FO ERP modules including Finance, Accounts Payable, Production, Accounts Receivable, Warehousing, Logistics, and Sales.
• Provide support to end users by troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, offering training, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Gather business requirements, create functional designs, and collaborate with development teams on customizations and integrations.
• Coordinate and perform application testing, including regression testing, upgrades, and new functionality.
• Administer and configure D365 F&O environments, including monitoring performance, managing updates and patches, and resolving issues.
• Ensure system security and compliance by managing user roles, privileges, and segregation of duties.
• Perform technical operations such as environment refreshes and point-in-time database restores.
• May occasionally be called upon to provide production support outside of normal business hours.

Education :

• College diploma or university degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
• Equivalent work experience (2–5 years) may be considered.

Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications :

• 0–2 years of experience with MS AX 2012 and Dynamics D365FO.
• Hands-on experience with D365 F&O administration and support.
• Familiarity with EDI formats, and ERP implementation methodologies.
• Experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Power Platform administration.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to provide relevant technical documentation or work samples.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Effective collaboration skills.

Nice to Have :

• Azure DevOps for Repos and Release Management.
• PowerShell and Python scripting knowledge.
• Azure networking, Logic Apps, Power Automate Flows, Power Apps, and Power Pages.
