As a Sales Success Associate, you’ll play a direct role in growing market presence by engaging new customers, presenting solutions aligned with their needs, and supporting post-sale account activities. Key Responsibilities Sales Success Associate:
- Engage prospective customers through in-person conversations, understanding their needs and aligning them with appropriate sales customer service solutions
- Drive customer acquisition and sales performance by consistently meeting established activity and conversion benchmarks
- Deliver high-quality sales customer service throughout the enrollment process, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and responsiveness during onboarding
- Track customer activity and manage follow-ups, maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Represent client offerings professionally, upholding brand reputation and customer service integrity
- Contribute to campaign and business development goals by providing market feedback and identifying new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the Sales Success Associate team to improve messaging, outreach strategy, and overall customer experience
Sales Success Associate Qualifications:
- Prior sales, retail, or customer service experience is helpful, though not required—full support and guidance will be provided
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and present value with confidence
- The Sales Success Associate should have a results-oriented mindset and willingness to be held accountable to daily and weekly sales expectations
- Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to remain composed and customer-focused in fast-paced environments
- Organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts, follow-ups, and status updates
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
