We are seeking a driven and dependable Sales Success Associate to support growing campaign needs across new customer service territories. As a Sales Success Associate, you’ll play a direct role in growing market presence by engaging new customers, presenting solutions aligned with their needs, and supporting post-sale account activities. This Sales Success Associate role is a full-time, entry-level opportunity designed for professionals who want to develop transferable skills in sales, customer service, and business strategy within a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities Sales Success Associate:

  • Engage prospective customers through in-person conversations, understanding their needs and aligning them with appropriate sales customer service solutions
  • Drive customer acquisition and sales performance by consistently meeting established activity and conversion benchmarks
  • Deliver high-quality sales customer service throughout the enrollment process, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and responsiveness during onboarding
  • Track customer activity and manage follow-ups, maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Represent client offerings professionally, upholding brand reputation and customer service integrity
  • Contribute to campaign and business development goals by providing market feedback and identifying new opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the Sales Success Associate team to improve messaging, outreach strategy, and overall customer experience

Sales Success Associate Qualifications:

  • Prior sales, retail, or customer service experience is helpful, though not required—full support and guidance will be provided
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and present value with confidence
  • The Sales Success Associate should have a results-oriented mindset and willingness to be held accountable to daily and weekly sales expectations
  • Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to remain composed and customer-focused in fast-paced environments
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts, follow-ups, and status updates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00-$58,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
