Your Role: Keeping Our Operations Running Like Clockwork
As our Administrative Assistant, you will be at the heart of our business operations. Your mission? To keep everything in order, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning while supporting the leadership team.
What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Administrative Excellence – Keep our office organized and efficient, supporting the President & General Manager with smooth operations.
✅ Customer & Team Communication – Answer calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
✅ Financial Coordination – Assist with deposits, process invoices, and ensure payroll is accurate.
✅ Document & Record Management – Organize work orders, maintain digital and physical records, and ensure everything is accessible when needed.
✅ Social Media Assistance – Help post daily finds from our thrift stores and engage with our community online.
✅ Problem Solving & Efficiency – Spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements to keep things running even better!
Who We’re Looking For:
✨ You are quick, detail-oriented, and thrive in a structured environment.
✨ You enjoy keeping things in order and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
✨ You’re naturally organized, reliable, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
✨ You’re a great communicator and can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
✨ You’re comfortable using basic office software and learning new systems quickly.
✨ Bilingual (French & English) – required.

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is a franchise-based, full-service junk removal company dedicated to helping people reclaim the space in their homes and businesses. A pioneer of professional junk removal, 1-800-GOT-JUNK? has set the standard for exceptional customer service. Friendly, uniformed drivers call customers in advance, arrive on schedule, haul junk away from where it’s located, and provide a full clean-up. Items we remove include things that garbage collectors typically do not take, including: household furniture and electronics, clothing, renovation debris, and assorted junk. Commercial customers include property managers, retailers, realtors, government offices, disaster relief, and construction and renovation workers, to name a few.
