Join our KIVIK team today! We are hiring Retail Sales Advisors (Part-Time) for our location at 20 Hardy Avenue, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. We are looking for mature applicants with the ability to accommodate a Part-Time retail schedule.

Shifts are weekdays and weekends between 10:00am and 5:30pm and the ideal candidate will have daytime availability from Monday to Saturday.

Job Expectations:
As a Retail Sales Advisor and fit specialist you will be required to personally fit each customer in footwear and clothing and be able to work in a performance-driven sales culture.

Our Retail Sales Advisors are responsible for the KIVIK customer experience. You will become a part of creating a memorable experience for each customer while building customer loyalty.

As the ideal candidate, you will need to have had some exposure to customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
• Actively seek out customers in store
• Create customer awareness of current promotions and new product and discuss available options
• Cross sell products
