In this role, you will be the face of Best Buy for everyone who visits our stores. Your friendly and efficient service will have customers leaving with the tech they love!

What you’ll do as a senior retail associate:
- Help customers find the perfect product or service
- Process customers’ purchases at the checkout
- Process returns, trade-ins and more at the customer service counter
- Ensure store is clean and bright and all products have appropriate tags
- Create an amazing customer experience while answering questions and sharing your enthusiasm for the latest and greatest tech
- Assist with training and mentoring team members
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ years’ retail experience in a customer service or retail sales associate role
- Enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment
- Excellent communication skills
