Tâches/Responsabilités
Le Technicien Informatique sera responsable d’effectuer le support technique auprès des employés de l’entreprise afin de résoudre efficacement les problèmes TI.
PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT
- Réaliser le support informatique (hardware et software) aux employés;
- Effectuer la configuration des nouveaux postes de travail de l'entreprise et les maintenir à jour;
- Travailler dans un environnement Windows et Microsoft 365;
- Rester à l’affût des dernières tendances en TI.
PROFIL
- 1+ année d’expérience en tant que Technicien Informatique;
- Expérience avec Windows et Microsoft 365;
- Bonne connaissance d’un système de billetterie;
- Fortes habiletés de communication et excellent service à la clientèle;
- DEP en soutien informatique ou l’équivalent;
- Bilinguisme (Français requis, Anglais Fonctionnel).
