About the role
LearnFormula is seeking a qualified and articulate Canadian CPA for a Tax Lecturer role for a contract position based in the Greater Toronto Area. This role is ideal for a subject matter expert with a strong foundation in accounting and taxation who is also comfortable participating in filmed, interview-style content. The successful candidate will play a key role in both delivering academic insights and contributing to the development of engaging, educational media content for our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in recorded, interview-style video sessions discussing accounting and tax topics, case studies, and frequently asked questions.
- Collaborate with our content and marketing team to plan and record these sessions for distribution on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Stay current with changes in tax regulations, accounting principles, and digital content trends.
Requirements:
- Canadian CPA designation
- Demonstrated experience in teaching or a strong professional background in accounting and taxation
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible, conversational manner
- Comfortable being featured on camera in a structured, interview-style format
Preferred skills:
- Previous experience with online education, webinars, or digital content production
- An interest in leveraging social media as a tool for thought leadership and educational outreach
- Familiarity with audience engagement strategies in online learning environments
Pay
: from $100 up to $500 per hour.
