You as a IT Analyst will:
- Champion the Digital & Data Engineering message to the business
- Provide level 1-2.5 support for hardware, software, and network problems reported, documenting problems and solutions as required. Assist in 1st and 2nd level hardware and software support when required. Liaise with and participate in solving 3rd level complex or unsolved problems.
- Manages, supports, and ensures operating viability, including imaging and provisioning of mobile devices, Windows PCs, and MacBooks, and reports any abnormalities.
- Manages, supports, and ensures operating viability of jobsite network infrastructure, including configuring firewalls, switches, wireless access points, wireless bridge, security cameras, wireless signal boosters, VoIP phones, DMZ network, and other systems might be unique to a specific jobsite.
- Ensure the 24/7 availability and performance of the network that support our systems, including some “on-call”
- Project Management duties, including determining business requirements, obtaining quotes from vendors to meet business requirements for new construction projects includes jobsite copiers, digital displays, security systems, and other miscellaneous IT related items. Project deployment duties, including hardware setup and configuration, setting up conference rooms and assisting on hosting web conferences via MS Teams, Zoom and Webex maybe required.
- Follow and maintain EllisDon IT policies, documentation, and best practices guidelines.
- Escalates technical issues when necessary, offers excellent customer service and stays current with IT trends and advancements.
- Follow EllisDon IT Security best practices and guidelines and contributes to our library of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain records within ServiceNow.
- Coordinate IT services and support for jobsites
- Assist on corporate network maintenance tasks when required
Is this the right role for you?

You have a post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field and a minimum 4 years IT support related experience including troubleshooting advanced issues.

Industry Certification is preferred

CCNA, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and Microsoft Certifications are desired

Solid understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Ethernet
-
Valid driver's license, and personal vehicle to coordinate IT services and travel between jobsites/offices
