ConstructionClock is an Automatic Time Tracking app that is transforming how construction companies manage time & attendance for their teams. Our app automatically clocks employees in and out of job sites using geo-locations — no more manual check-ins.
We are a fast-growing startup with a clear mission: To build the best tools that optimize the most valuable resource on every job site — TIME.
Currently expanding our mobile development team and looking for a Mid-Level iOS Developer to help us scale to 500,000 users in the next few years.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and maintain our native iOS application using Swift and SwiftUI
- Collaborate with a teams of product managers, designers, and backend developers to turn ideas into polished features
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions
- Conduct testing and monitoring for app stability and performance
- Contribute to improving app architecture and deployment pipelines
- Support production releases and help continuously enhance the user experience
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of professional iOS development experience
- Strong knowledge of Swift, Xcode, and Apple frameworks like UIKit, CoreLocation, MapKit, and SwiftData or Realm
- Experience working with MVVM or similar architectural patterns (Coordinator, MVP, etc.)
- Familiarity with unit testing and debugging tools (e.g., XCTest, Instruments)
- Git experience and basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of SwiftUI + Combine and/or Objective-C
- Experience with GPS tracking or other location-based apps
- Integration with Google Maps API
- Understanding of app security and memory management best practices
- Experience in Agile teams and using tools like Jira
