- Is a reputable real estate law firm in Scarborough
Responsibilities
- Support the existing practice lead with residential real estate transactions (purchase, sale, refinance)
- Draft and review agreements, offers, leases, and related real estate documents
- Manage a growing portfolio of real estate clients with guidance and mentorship where needed
- Build and maintain client relationships, fostering new business opportunities
- Collaborate with colleagues within the firm's teams where required
Requirements
- Licensed lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- 1 year of experience practicing real estate law (in exceptional cases, we will consider those recently called to the bar who demonstrate strong entrepreneurial capabilities)
- Solid understanding of residential real estate law
- Must be fluent in spoken Tamil
