Minimum Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience (5 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Compassion and care when working with customers & other team members
- Ability to multi task and time-manage
- Ability to efficiently organize your work and set priorities
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and connect with customers by offering assistance, sharing product suggestions and additional store-related information
- Perform administrative duties such as booking appointments, inventory ordering and shipping and receiving
- Answer customer inquiries and process orders
- Managing Shopify website orders

Nightingale Medical Supplies offers competitive pricing with the ability to bill directly to PharmaCare, NIHB, ICBC, Workers’ Compensation Board and Ministry programs.
