The IBM Client Innovation Centre Quebec (CIC), at LGS, employs professionals who collaborate on projects within technology practices, offering local and remote services. Responsibilities
- Analyze stakeholder needs and translate these needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with development, project management, and stakeholder teams to define, design, and deliver technological solutions.
- Document requirements, processes, and functional specifications.
- Perform data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
- Participate in change management and end-user training.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables by performing tests and participating in project reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, management, finance, or a related field.
- Professional experience of 1 to 4 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking sector.
- In-depth knowledge of banking processes and information systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools (Excel, SQL, JIRA, etc.).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Desired Skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
