The testing advisor (software testing) is responsible for participating in the development and maintenance project of the payroll and human resources application;

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Performs manual testing of modified or added features;
• Participates in automated testing of modified or added features.
• Produces test scenarios;
• Ensures compliance with initial requirements;
• Documents anomalies detected during functional, integrated, and acceptance testing;
• Participates in defining and implementing improvements within the team.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, human resources, and time management solutions, or in quality assurance testing;
• Minimum college diploma in a related field (administration, IT, software quality, etc.);
• Experience in application, web, mobile, or AS400 testing (an asset);
• Experience with agile development cycles (an asset);
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and XRay (an asset)
• Strong learning ability;
• Ability to work in a team, but also to be independent;
• Possess advanced analytical skills;
• Demonstrate thorough follow-ups;
• Independent time and priority management;
• Flexible work schedules;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word and Excel)
• Fluency in spoken and written French
