About the role
Responsibilities:
- Sets up and operates manual, automatic and CNC saw blade grinding machines to grind face, side, top and chamfer to required specifications.
- Edits and modifies programs and machines as needed to ensure efficient machining operations and product quality.
- Utilizes precision measuring equipment to verify proper dimensions and tolerances are achieved and maintained.
- Meets and maintains established production and quality standards.
Skills:
- Mechanically inclined with CNC technology background.
- Previous machining experience.
- Knowledge of cutting tool geometry and grinding methods.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as verniers, micrometers and other gauging equipment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.31-$27.59 per hour
