Manager, Planning and Performance [Commercial]
About the role
Position Summary Reporting to the Senior Manager, Planning and Performance, the Manager will focus on improving process, communication, tracking, monitoring, and reporting for the broader Commercial team.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop standardized reporting in a consistent and timely manner for daily, weekly, and period KPI’s;
- Support and improve reporting required for Continuous Improvement (CI) meetings as well as Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings;
- Support in the annual budgeting & account planning, and monthly LE processes;
- Develop and implement performance measurement to track new KPIs as required;
- Assist in managing cost reduction initiatives;
- Assist in putting together data to support business cases;
- Help with the training and on-boarding of the Commercial Team;
- Support development of content for semi-annual meetings for the Commercial Team;
Requirements
- University Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, preferred;
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a sales role, sales operations, sales strategy, or related;
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
