Role Overview:
We are hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate who is passionate about customer service, sales, and helping clients make informed flooring choices. This is not an entry-level position—prior experience in sales is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
- Provide product knowledge and pricing information
- Handle phone inquiries and follow-ups
- Process sales and manage order paperwork
- Book installations and update schedules
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization
- Open and close the store independently as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of sales and customer service experience
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in:
- Microsoft Excel & Word
- QuickBooks
- POS systems & Gmail
- Social media platforms (for basic store promotions)
- Professional appearance required

Job Type: Part-time
Expected Hours: ~20 hours per week
Schedule:
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $20.00
- Commission: $300–$1,500 per month (based on performance)
- Commission begins after 3-week training period
Additional Information:
- Dress Code: Business Casual
- Training Period: 3 weeks (commission begins after training)
