We are currently partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing company located in the West Island of Montreal that is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist . This is a newly created, full-time, in-office position — a unique opportunity to build the recruitment function from the ground up and leave your mark in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.

Your responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process for office-based roles
- Collaborate with department managers (marketing, sales, e-commerce, etc.) to fully understand their needs
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines
- Promote the employer brand through a positive and engaging candidate experience
- Use HR tools and metrics to continuously improve recruitment processes
Requirements
- 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally for corporate/office-based positions
- Recruitment agency experience is a strong asset
- Excellent sourcing and relationship-building skills
- Experience recruiting in fast-paced environments (e-commerce, marketing, tech, etc.)
- Bilingual in French and English — required to collaborate with teams in the U.S. and outside of Quebec Primarily ENGLISH due to 95% of sales in US.
- Autonomous and proactive, while enjoying teamwork
