At Red Swan Pizza, you will help us carry out our mission to satisfy customer cravings by creating and serving a wide variety of deliciously different pizzas with quick service, quality ingredients, reasonable prices, and unbeatable value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Execute the digital marketing strategy for Red Swan Pizza
  • Actively participate in creating and executing brand marketing campaigns on the web, social media and other digital marketing platforms
  • Develop content strategy and editorial calendar that increases acquisition, conversion, and retention (B2B and B2C efforts)

Social Media:

  • Responsible for creating, distributing, and managing social media content on Facebook, Google, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok and Instagram.
  • Be able to design ads using design tools including Adobe Creative suite.
  • Monitor conversations daily, manage engagement with online audiences, and proactively highlight opportunities for deeper interaction
  • Set goals, outline KPI’s and analyze the performance of campaigns and content in order to drive & improve smart and successful campaigns
  • Identify and execute brand partnerships
  • Responsible for writing and editing social copy

Graphic Design:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma for creating and adjusting digital designs.
  • Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, email templates, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the other team members to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
  • Work on branding and rebranding projects, ensuring design coherence.
  • Design visuals for online and offline campaigns, including website banners, presentations, and signage.
  • Ensure designs meet business objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Edit and refine designs based on feedback from internal teams.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table

Digital Marketing & Brand Awareness:

  • Create and execute social and digital marketing strategy, campaigns, and promotions
  • Develop content strategy and editorial calendar that increases acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Responsible for creating, distributing, and managing website content, blog posts & newsletters
  • Oversee the design process for all digital advertising activations
  • Manage and execute B2B and B2C digital marketing campaigns
  • Use website analytics to improve website functionality and user experience

Reporting & Administration:

  • Lead, manage and execute all digital & social media efforts, campaign, and project reporting, KPI’s and ROI’s
  • Monitor, analyze and report on digital coverage
  • Create and submit regular reports for appropriate internal and external teams

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, metrics, and analysis
  • Experience with web analytics and online marketing preferably in QSR industry.
  • A proven track record of success with all mainstream digital channels
  • Excels at time management and is organized, detail-oriented and resourceful
  • Proficiency in content creation and copywriting, including experience with visual design tools including Adobe Creative suite and Proficient Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Office.
  • Experience and proficiency in creating ad campaigns on digital ad platforms like Google campaign Management and Meta Ads manager.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills—must be able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment and demonstrate resiliency to handle multiple projects with multiple deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a similar program.
  • Minimum 3+ years of digital marketing experience in QSR industry.
  • Knowledgeable with digital marketing principles and techniques including, Meta, Ad Words, SEO, and organic search.
  • Comfortable with data, metrics, and analytic; proven ability to examine and interpret data into actionable insights.
  • An energetic, positive attitude with strong work ethic and professional maturity.
  • Ability to manage simultaneous projects with multiple deadlines and a high degree of organization and time management skills is essential, strong drive for accuracy and flawless execution.
  • Assists in ensuring that media plans and budgets are maintained.
  • Can work independently but thrives in a team environment.
  • Ability to be proactive and anticipate job requirements; takes ownership of tasks and consistent follow through.
  • Keeps track of business and industry competitive trends and offerings and keeps team informed.
  • Must have a valid Ontario driver license and be able to travel domestically & internationally (if required).
