We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer with_ valid swing stage ticket_ to join our team. Include a picture of your ticket or your resume will not be read. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on the job site.
- Assist with the installation of structures, frameworks, and fixtures as directed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions and environments.
