Responsibilities
- Conducting structural repairs on components using various materials such as metals, composites and adhesives
- Restoring or repairing defects using specialized hardware and materials. Handling sealing tasks, welding repairs and metal treatment processes
- Disassembling, reassembling, and installing parts to access and complete repairs
- Fabricating and repairing aircraft components using a variety of materials and techniques
- Record and document required information in company work packages; ensure information is relevant, complete and correct
- Ensure the maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with the manufacturers requirements, the company policy manuals and the applicable airworthiness authority
- Perform work safely in accordance with industry and company standards
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor
Experience & Qualifications
- Post-Secondary education in recognized Aircraft Maintenance/Structures Engineer Program
- Valid Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer ‘S’ License or,
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience working as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer in Structures with previous SCA
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Compensation based on relevant experience
Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday-Friday
