Who you are
- You have 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 1 year in a team lead or management role, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise solutions
- Proven track record in designing and executing successful lead generation and account-based marketing campaigns
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts; CPG sector knowledge is a plus
- Strong people leader with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals
- Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for process improvement and a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Highly adaptable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

What the job involves
- We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to lead and develop our high-performing BDR team supporting sales growth across the North American and EMEA markets
- This pivotal role is responsible for driving lead generation, implementing account-based marketing strategies, and providing people leadership to scale our Enterprise sales pipeline
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of BDRs, fostering an environment of high performance, accountability, and continuous learning
- Oversee and optimize the team’s outbound strategy to generate high-quality leads and build a robust new business pipeline, targeting Tier 1 brands within assigned territories
- Design and execute account-based marketing initiatives, working closely with marketing and sales to identify, target, and engage high-value accounts
- Ensure the team leverages creative and multi-channel outreach methods (email, LinkedIn, calls) to connect and engage with key personas and decision-makers at various organizational levels
- Partner with Sales Directors and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless hand-off of qualified opportunities and alignment on sales strategies and goals
- Establish and track key performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to leadership to drive continuous improvement
- Implement best practices, tools, and processes to maximize team productivity and ensure the highest quality of service to potential clients
- Identify skills gaps and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the team’s capabilities in lead generation and ABM
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape; leverage LinkedIn and other channels to build brand awareness and promote thought leadership
- Oversee and support the promotion of networking events, webinars, and other initiatives to generate leads and build relationships with prospective clients
