Summary
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team at Deco-Tile Inc. This role is essential in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including order picking, shipping, and receiving. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick orders accurately and prepare them for shipment.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper storage of products in the warehouse.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring timely processing of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse operations or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy items regularly and operate counter balance forklift or reach trucks.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking and inventory management.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English, spoken and written

Expected hours: 40 per week
