Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Automotive Service Technician to perform oil changes, tire services, and other vehicle maintenance tasks while upholding our high standards of customer service and safety.
The ideal candidate is friendly, clean, detail-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Extra compensation is available for driven individuals who demonstrate initiative and exceptional performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform oil and filter changes on a variety of vehicles with precision and efficiency.
Mount, balance, and rotate tires according to manufacturer specifications.
Follow strict safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, and customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, explaining services, and addressing questions with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, paying close attention to details to identify potential issues.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shop operations and timely service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean appearance and workspace.Ability to follow strict safety protocols and procedures.
Experience in automotive services (oil changes, tire mounting/balancing) is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
Physical ability to lift Heavy tires and stand for extended periods.
Valid driver’s license is a plus.
Driven and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
