The Opportunity:
Become a Vidir Hero at our Arborg, MANITOBA facility. Level up your career as a:
Paint Labourer (Day Shift)
Responsibilities:
- Clean and chemically treat parts for powder coating; perform titration tests to maintain proper acid levels.
- Ensure products are dry and properly masked before painting.
- Organize staging area for smooth product flow to assembly and packing.
- Operate curing oven efficiently; deliver organized, clearly labeled product to assembly.
- Perform routine maintenance in paint/wash area; other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years’ experience working in a team environment.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting to 50 lbs.
- Possess a good attention to detail.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
