Salary: $35,000.00 CAD Annually - $45,000.00 CAD Annually
Description Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in Toronto, ON area!
Responsibilities
- Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries
- Assist in maintaining HR records
- Assist in recruitment process
- Help to manage employee performance
- Schedule meetings, interview, HR events etc.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff
- Produce and submit reports on HR activity
- Keep up to date with latest HR trends and best practices
Requirements
- 1-3 years related HR experience
- Must have basic computer skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience with ADP platform preferred
