SAP Solution Consultant –Schwerpunkt QM
About the role
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, kundenorientiert und hast schon mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in SAP, während denen Du erfolgreich mehrere Projekte begleitet hast.
- Dein fachlicher Schwerpunkt liegt im SAP Modul QM und Du kennst Dich mit dem WE aus Produktion/IPC-Prozess aus.
- Du erstellst ein Anforderungskonzept auf Basis von Dir organisierter und durchgeführter Workshops beim Kunden vor Ort.
- Du erstellst auf Basis Deines Konzepts ein POC durch und implementierst den Prozess vollumfänglich und arbeitest mit Developern für notwendige Entwicklungen.
- Du dokumentierst alle Einstellungen, die Du im Customizing vornimmst, erstellst Schulungsunterlagen und leitest den Kunden bei der Erstellung der Test-Szenarien und Testcasesfür User Acceptance Testingand Integration Testingan.
- Du verantwortest Anpassungen innerhalb der umfangreichen Test-und Defecting-Phase.
- Du bereitest mit Hilfe der Betriebsdokumentation und Usertrainings die SAP-User vor, den neuen Prozess einwandfrei zu betreiben.
- Du berätst den Kunden fachlich zu QM-Themen und führst ihn inhaltlich im Projekt.
- Du führst den Kunden zum GoLive und durch diesen hindurch bis in die HypercarePhase. Während dieser unterstützt Du ihn bis sich der Prozess stabil im Produktionsbetrieb etabliert hat.
