Human Resources Administrator - 1 Year Contract**:**
The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for ensuring a smooth and professional employee experience from offer acceptance through the first day and beyond. You’ll be the go-to person for onboarding logistics and HRIS data management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive experience for new hires.
How will you contribute to the team?****:
To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Coordinate and execute the end-to-end onboarding process, including new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling and HRIS administration.

Serve as the first point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing support during the onboarding phase.

Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Generate HRIS reports for internal use and assist in audits or data requests.

Collaborate with IT, payroll & benefits, hiring managers, and other departments to ensure all pre-start arrangements are in place.

Continuously evaluate and enhance the onboarding experience, seeking opportunities for process improvement.

Assist with other administrative HR tasks as needed.
Education and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration, preferably with a focus on onboarding and HRIS.
- Prior experience with common HRIS platforms is required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions:
- Office based position.
