Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM (training) & will transition to Continental Rotating Shift 3:00PM to 3:00AM, 6:00PM to 6:00AM.
The Field Manager is based out of Toronto and is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day security operations and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations to our clients and that the policies, procedures and stated objectives of the organization are met.
Job Description
- Ensure all scheduled shifts are complete and all contractual obligations of the Company have been met
- Participates and oversees the Company’s disaster response until such time as a senior manager has relieved the responsibility
- Advise and inform Senior Management of critical incidents
- Brief Senior Management on issues as required
- Attends and oversees all critical incidents that may occur
- Investigate and report on all occupation health & safety incidents following the procedures set out in the corporate OH&S manual
- Attends and investigates all officer involved Motor Vehicle Incidents (MVIs)
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of industry experience in a leadership position is considered an important asset
- Class G Driver’s License is required
- Experience with Paladin Mobile Division is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of professionalism
- Ability to write comprehensive reports and maintain proper records
- Authorized to legally work in Canada
