Job Opportunity: Senior Business Analyst – Healthcare Transformation
Location: Remote (within Canada only)
Duration: September 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026 (with possible extension to June 30, 2026)
Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in healthcare environments to support strategic planning, operational modeling, and change management for complex health IT transformation projects.
Mandatory Certifications (Pass/Fail):
- Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management Certification
- ITIL Service Management Certification
- Prince2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of business analysis in healthcare, including developing future-state models, stakeholder engagement, and transition planning
- 5+ years leading teams of BAs/consultants in large, multi-project transformations (process, org design, business cases)
- 5+ years of experience with business architecture, stakeholder workshops, and executive-level engagement
- 5+ years facilitating workshops for organizational capability redesign
- 5+ years supporting healthcare change initiatives, preferably involving Allscripts/Altera EPR or Chart Tracking
- 3+ years of experience in redesigning healthcare service delivery, including Pyxis upgrades and GE Pharmacy Centricity implementations
