Description
Project Manager - Waste Water/Pumping Stations - Guelph
- Lead and oversee water treatment and waste-water treatment facility construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered successfully and meet project specifications.
- Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
- Conduct regular site visits to track progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Facilitate clear communication among all project participants, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
- Prepare and present project status updates to senior management and clients.
- Identify potential risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges as they arise.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Project Manager - Waste Water/Pumping Stations - Guelph
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction project management within a General Contractor in the ICI and civil sectors and particularly in water treatment and waste-water treatment facility projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes in the ICI and civil sectors, building codes, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Educational background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Proven time management abilities to ensure project milestones are met.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Job Offer
A basic salary of up to $150,000 (dependent upon experience)
