This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Specialist located in Toronto, ON (Canada). The role will involve providing technical support for desktop computers, printers, troubleshooting issues, and overall desktop support tasks.
Required:
Bilingual (English and French)
Windows 11 support
Qualifications
- Windows 11 support must
- Desktop Computers and Technical Support skills
- Printer Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Desk Top Support experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience with IT support in a corporate environment is a plus
- Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field
