As Senior Credit Officer, you'll be responsible for management of an assigned portfolio of high risk and complex commercial non- performing loan/lease accounts. The Senior Credit Support Officer provides input into the development, improvement and implementation of department systems and procedures by demonstrating a desire and willingness to adapt to change.

Please note, this is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

What you’ll do:

  • Monitor and manage delinquent and non-performing accounts across commercial and leasing portfolios.
  • Support workout strategies and recovery efforts, including engagement with legal counsel.
  • Coordinate timely exchange of information with insolvency professionals to enforce security and recover proceeds.
  • Prepares accurate and timely reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with department procedures and timelines.

What you bring:

  • Experience in credit, collections, or financial services.
  • Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and internal reporting tools.\
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
