Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and efficiency in commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance. 3-4 hours per day, early morning's required.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, window cleaning and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining facilities to meet health and safety standards.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within set timeframes.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and facility occupants.

We cover all of our walls in cedar logs, design all of our own custom wooden tables, chairs and bar tops, and accent the room with full character logs. We use mostly Northern white cedar to achieve this beautiful cozy Northern Ontario look.
