For our partners, that translates to offering more flights, more often, with more (happy) passengers on board.
So, what’s great about what we do? We get to think creatively across a diverse solution stack of hardware and software to solve service and operations challenges for the world’s busiest public transit spaces. If you like challenges, we should talk.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams from early concept development through to production release, ensuring design-for-manufacture (DFM), design-for-assembly (DFA), and productization best practices with authority.
Your knowledge and experience will be an asset to the team as we optimize our development pipelines for efficiency, error minimization and fundamentally smart design and execution.

- Rapidly prototype concepts using in-house and outsourced resources: 3D printing (FDM/SLA), CNC, and low-volume tooling.
- Engage with our in-house fabrication supply chain to optimize design intent for production, identifying cost-saving opportunities, part consolidation, and process improvements.
- Ensure proper revision control, ECOs, and design documentation throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Drive technical design reviews, collaborate with other team members, and serve as a subject matter expert in materials, process selection, and system integration.
- Contribute to overall product design ethos, balancing form and function with operational efficiency and robust serviceability.

- Experience interfacing directly manufacturers and suppliers during tooling, pilot runs, and production ramp-up.
- Knowledge and proficiency in Solidworks, PLM systems, and basic FEA or tolerance simulation tools. Proficiency in additional tools such as Keyshot, Rhino, Blender etc. a plus.
- Strong grasp of materials science, part tolerancing, fastener selection, and thermal/structural considerations.
- Excellent communication skills — from detailed drawings to supplier handoff packages and executive design presentations.
- An appreciation for great design that serves function and brand equally — able to collaborate across disciplines to drive unified product vision.
BONUS, if Y****ou also have… (while not mandatory)
