Avanciers is seeking a highly skilled Divisional Vice President to join our team for an exciting long-term contract with one of our esteemed Fortune 500 clients, based in GTA, Ontario (REMOTE) .
Job Title: Divisional Vice President
Location: CANADA (REMOTE)
Job Type: Long Term Contract
We are seeking a visionary and experienced leader to drive customer strategy, enhance service offerings, and optimize sales performance for our organization. Previous leadership experience in luxury sales, high-end hospitality, or customer portfolio management within the retail domain is a MUST HAVE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Customer Strategy & Retention: Guide customer insights, define sales strategies, and manage high-value programs to achieve retention goals, encourage client migration, and identify incremental sales opportunities.
- Optimize Sales & Service Delivery: Centralize store communications, develop robust clienteling tools, define virtual selling strategies, and implement training programs to ensure consistent, personalized service.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Innovate and evolve service offerings, oversee guest amenities (e.g., F&B), and translate customer insights into actionable improvements for a best-in-class in-store experience.
- Strategic & Operational Leadership: Manage key vendor relationships, collaborate with cross-functional leaders, and lead business planning and budgeting for customer experience initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of post-university experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership , specifically within luxury sales, high-end hospitality, or customer portfolio management in a retail environment.
- Proven ability to act as a strategic thought leader , build strong internal partnerships, and develop high-performing, results-focused teams .
- Exceptional communication, strategic acumen, and an agile, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering truly exceptional customer experiences.
