KWE IS CURRENTLY HIRING FOR A DISTRIBUTION ADMINISTRATOR/LEAD
KWE is currently looking for a Distribution Administrator/ Lead who is focused on delivering a world class customer service experience to our valued customers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for smooth transactions by using KWE’s vast worldwide network for a designated client base. REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED; 6 months to 1-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certified and experienced in safe and efficient forklift operation; must hold a valid and current forklift license.
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and manuals.
- Strong communication skills for written reports and verbal interaction with teams and customers.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills (email, databases, spreadsheets, word processing).
- Certifications/training in Forklift Operation, WHMIS, Health & Safety, First Aid, Dangerous Goods, and ISO
DETAILS OF THE JOB
- Troubleshoot shipping and receiving issues; suggest and implement solutions.
- Support warehouse supervisor with assignments, inventory counts, and select account coordination.
- Maintain accurate data entry in systems and manage customer files and tracking.
- Lead by example and assist in training staff to reduce errors and improve processes.
- Conduct regular inspections and report deficiencies in safety, equipment, or workflow.
- Advise and support employees on health and safety matters; participate in safety committee.
- Provide backup support during busy periods, absences, or weekends as needed.
- Maintain compliance with ISO and company safety policies.
- Assist with improving layout and workflow efficiency; contribute to team goals.
- Deliver excellent customer service and act as the first point of contact for distribution-related inquiries.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
