We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy Enablement Manager to join our dynamic Digital Operations team at TELUS Digital. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our strategic direction and ensuring its successful execution. As a Strategy Enablement Manager, you will support the definition of our strategy and key strategic initiatives, translating high-level plans into actionable projects that drive business results and enhance the client and team member experience. What You'll Do
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the leadership team to support the definition of the overarching strategy and key strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for translating these strategic plans into a comprehensive and actionable roadmap for the Digital Operations team.
- Performance Measurement: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the progress and success of strategic initiatives. Your analytical prowess will be crucial in providing insightful recommendations based on performance data.
- Reporting and Communication: Monitor and report on the performance of strategic initiatives, providing clear, concise, and regular updates to senior leadership. You will be expected to build and deliver executive-level presentations that effectively communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Data-Driven Insights: Provide deep analytical insights and actionable recommendations based on strategic initiatives and business performance data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify and evaluate industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities. Your findings and recommendations will be critical in shaping our strategic direction.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: A proven track record of 5-7+ years in a strategy, business operations, or a similar role, with a focus on strategy enablement and execution.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with complex data sets, derive meaningful insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strategic Mindset: The ability to think strategically, see the bigger picture, and translate high-level strategy into tangible and measurable plans.
- Communication Prowess: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. Experience in creating and delivering compelling executive-level presentations is essential.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a natural ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively across teams, and drive projects to successful completion in a matrixed environment.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Economics.
- Professional Development: Demonstrable career related professional development, in ITIL and ITSM, PMP and MBA is desirable but not required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g.,Google Workspace, Excel, SQL, business intelligence platforms like Tableau, Power BI, SiSense) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
