About the role

The Department of Human Enterprise and Innovation in the Bob Gaglardi School of Business and Economics, Thompson Rivers University, invites applications to teach a section on Leadership in our Management area in Fall 2025.

All instruction will be in the classroom on our Kamloops campus.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate should have:

  • An MBA degree or a relevant Master’s degree (PhD preferred).
  • Significant capability in the area of Leadership as evidenced by directly related work experience.
  • Evidence of strong teaching potential/experience.

Candidates with one or more of the following will have an added advantage:

  • Evidence of strong teaching experience as reflected by student evaluations;

  • Familiarity with the Moodle Learning Management System
