Senior Solution Lead: On behalf of our Insurance client, Procom is searching for a Senior Solution Lead for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Waterloo office.

Senior Solution Lead - Job Description: This role involves guiding the development and implementation of solution designs for our client. The Senior Solution Lead will initially focus on non-coding responsibilities, with potential to transition into coding tasks. The position emphasizes collaboration to create solutions that align with functional requirements.

Senior Solution Lead - Responsibilities:

• Communicate business value and benefits of solutions
• Develop solution designs using Property & Casualty Insurance industry knowledge
• Manage communication between internal staff and external partners
• Support technical leads to ensure design meets business needs
• Provide technical assistance and escalate issues as needed
• Lead release management activities and quality assurance testing
• Coordinate project management tasks and provide status updates

Senior Solution Lead - Mandatory Skills:
