As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

- Your Role as a Shift Supervisor:
The Shift Supervisor’s primary purpose is to support management in overseeing the day-to-day activities of employees, ensuring productivity, accountability, and smooth operations while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, positive work environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor, plan, and observe daily team activities, coordinate breaks, and keep management informed of key issues
- Create and maintain a safe, respectful, and harassment-free workplace
- Model brand standards and follow all company policies and SOPs professionally
- Complete opening, daily, and closing checklists in accordance with company procedures
- Follow all cash handling policies, maintain security of cash, and process voids as needed
- Resolve customer complaints in line with policy and with customer satisfaction in mind
- Practice excellent food safety and sanitation, complying with all health and safety standards
- Place and receive product orders, and assist with monthly inventory counts
- Deliver training across multiple brands for new employees
- Respond to guest injuries or property damage, complete incident reports, and submit timely documentation to HUB/IFM
