Position Overview:
As the In-House, bilingual, Sleep Specialist at Obasan, you will play a vital role in our growing team, focusing on delivering unparalleled customer service and education. This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Ottawa factory, where you will report directly to the General Manager. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping customers achieve the best sleep possible, driven to exceed expectations, and eager to grow with us in an ever-evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Build strong rapport with customers, creating a loyal customer base through personalized communication.

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.

Address customer queries and concerns with a genuine intent to solve problems.

Provide consistent follow-up with prospects and customers, ensuring timely communication.

Greet and assist customers in the showroom with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Perform knowledgeable demonstrations of our organic mattresses and accessories.
-Maintain a presentable and orderly showroom appearance.
-Able to facilitate remote consultations and virtual meetings
Qualifications:

Bilingual in French and English . (Advanced proficiency level in both languages.)

Passion for delivering high-care, relationship-centered customer experiences.

Experience in sales, particularly in customer-centric environments, is preferred.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Open-minded growth mindset, receptive to continuous coaching and feedback.

Schedule:
Full-time, 5 days per week 8 hours per day. The schedule alternates between:(rotating schedule)
- Week 1: Monday to Friday (5 weekdays)
- Week 2: Monday to Thursday + Saturday (4 weekdays and Saturday)
