The bigger picture

 

We’re looking for a passionate, design-focused, and results-oriented person to come on board as our SharePoint and Power Platform Specialist, at our College Avenue location in Regina, Saskatchewan. In this role, you will help drive digital efficiency at Conexus by designing and maintaining secure, low-code solutions using Microsoft 365 tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online. You will support business process automation, collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams, and empower users through training and support, ensuring scalable, secure, and user-friendly platforms that enhance collaboration and operational performance.

How you’ll be spending your time

 

  • Strategizing, developing, implementing, and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Platform components, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and MS Forms
  • Automating business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate. Outputs include data visualization and low-code applications.
  • Assisting in the evaluation, development, and implementation of business processes that have potential to be built in the Power Platform.
  • Working directly with stakeholders to collect and identify functional requirements to build and support various solutions.
  • Providing training and support to end-users on using SharePoint sites and the Power Platform.
  • Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions
  • Maintaining documentation for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, including architecture, configuration, and customization details.
  • Ensuring the operational health of the SharePoint online environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability
  • Responsibility for governance and security of the Power Platform.
  • Providing support for all Conexus employees on technical issues for the M365 Platform and SharePoint technology.

As a collaborative and results-oriented team player, you bring strong interpersonal skills that foster positive working relationships and drive successful outcomes.

The experience you bring

 

  • Post-secondary education in a related discipline
  • 5+ years of IT experience in the M365 suite
  • 2+ years of M365 experience in the Power Platform and SharePoint technologies

Salary Range:

$77,730 - $103,640 with 10% Short Term Incentive Target
